Timeline:
2015. It is the end of a vicious nuclear war that only the US and Canada (barely) survived. But the radiation has caused mutation- the creation of Winged People, vampires, and shapeshifters.
2016. The first hybrids are born. The government begins to experiment in the creation of Super Soldiers to eradicate the hybrids.
2029. The Hybrid Eradication Agency, HEP, is formed. The government, genetically altered super people begin to kill all hybrids, and set up bases in all towns.
2030. Day of Wrath is formed. This is a freedom fighting organization created the fight the government.
2034. Day of Wrath has conquered all of Canada.
2035. A weak truce has been forced between the government and Day of Wrath.
2035, six months months later. The HEP agents begin turning Day of Wrath members into Things, HEP agents who have no free will.
2036. Present Day. Hybrids are still being slaughtered while Day of Wrath scientists struggle for a cure.
